Jelly Beans is a 5 volumes long manga published in CUTiE between 1999 and 2002, created by Moyoco Anno. The story is about a teenage girl, Endo Mameko, who at first dreams about becoming a model, but then she gives up this dream and decides that she wants to become a fashion designer. But it's not only about fashion, because Mame has a "secret" admirer, her classmate Mikoshiba who, not so late in the story, decides to confess... what will Mame do?
Mame's world is full of colours and Moyoco Anno is capable of showing them even in a b/w manga. There is a 2nd edition of it by Kodansha (2005) and it's 4 volumes long.
